Fear and paranoia – who keeps calling and hanging up?    Wednesday was made for the Shoot Out 24 Hour Filmmaking Festival in Newcastle 2004.  The film was made in 24 hours and used only in-camera picture editing.  Attempting a genre piece for such a competition is not common as the timing is so hard to control when you can’t edit. We rooted the film in reality – to explore the paranoia and fear that could arise from a real situation, not some fantastic imagining, but something that could really happen to anyone.
