| Marisa Martin is afilmmaker based in Canberra. After graduating from the University ofCanberra with a communications degree in Media/Multimedia Production in2003, rather than get a job she decided to forge her own path and starther own business. Starting with a fewaward winning shorts, corporate and commercial work followed. Buildingher name by running local film events, such as the short::seasons filmfestival (2001 - 2007), and the Canberra Short Film Festival (2003 -2007). This led to being asked by the ACT Government to design them afilm event in 2004 to showcase the filmmakers of Canberra - and Lights!Canberra! Action! was born. Marisa has since passed all but the lastevent on to other groups, so as to leave time to focus on production.Marisa is also a member of the ScreenACT Industry Taskforce Panel. Marisa is inspired byworking with other artists and all projects done by EoR Media have handpicked teams for the specific task. Currently building a skill base invarious styles of animation, Marisa is working with several otherartists who compliment her skill set on these projects.
